Win Value Tips

Our value bets highlight the horses we think have the best chance of winning at value prices (typically 2/1+).  Our NAP is the bet we are most confident with and NB is our next best selection at prices better than odds on.
  2  Muirsheen Durkin 10/3
  Windsor    2:50  View BetTurtle Racecard
Won 2 races at Beverley in the summer in a lesser grade before running a respectable 3rd at Goodwood. Has been given a short break and may continue to improve, with this step up to a mile sure to suit.

  2  Unify 5/4
  Plumpton    3:00  View BetTurtle Racecard
Conditions look perfect for hatrick attempt and will be very difficult to beat kept to similar company.

  2  Crown Hill 2/1
  Plumpton    5:00  View BetTurtle Racecard
Ran well on chasing debut in September (won a hurdles race the next day) and can build on that, in a race that won't take much winning.

Back or Lay Tips

We review the chances of today's short priced runners with a view to backing or laying them. The Lay Of The Day is the horse we think represents poor value and has the most realistic chance of being beaten today.
  2 Theatre Wine  10/11
  Roscommon    2:05  View BetTurtle Racecard
Makes stable debut for the Gordon Elliott yard. May need this up against race fit rivals and best watched.

  2 Death Duty  1/2
  Roscommon    2:35  View BetTurtle Racecard
Top class bumper horse making hurdles debut. Should win easily with a decent round of jumping.

  2 Remind Me Later  6/4
  Plumpton    4:00  View BetTurtle Racecard
Ran well in a decent race on chasing debut at Ascot last November. Has been absent since, but if fit enough, should be up to winning this today.

  1 Mercers Court  15/8
  Plumpton    4:00  View BetTurtle Racecard
Won 3 chase races at the tail end of last year. Now up in the weights and up against a rival with more potential.

  4 Monbeg Worldwide  4/5
  Roscommon    4:05  View BetTurtle Racecard
Point winner who makes rules debut today. Has not raced for 225 days and at odds on, represents poor value in a field of unexposed runners.

  2 Kamool  6/4
  Plumpton    4:30  View BetTurtle Racecard
Has won at Southwell last twice, but is up in class here and likely to find this much tougher.

  10 Thecraicisninety  7/4
  Roscommon    4:35  View BetTurtle Racecard
Impressive points winner, but has been off the course for 568 days and may need the experience here on rules chase debut.

  8 Space Cadet  7/4
  Roscommon    4:35  View BetTurtle Racecard
121 rated hurdler who has failed to win in last 8 attempts in that sphere. Makes chasing debut with something to prove.

Winning Money With BetTurtle Racecards

We think our race cards are brilliant (we may be a little bit biased) and we are determined to help everyone that uses BetTurtle to learn their power. Here are a few handy tips to increase your chances of profit.
  1. The Horseshoes help you filter the best horses in the race. In general, too much RED and you should avoid the horse. The exceptions are for horses from Shrewd trainers (Gold Stars next to their name), hot trainers or jockeys (names with RED backgrounds) and horses that have attracted market support (GREEN horseshoe).
  2. The horseshoes may change through the racing day, as the vibes and markets change. Click on the STATS button and select the RATINGS tab for a live summary view of the horseshoes and a set of rosettes that show the horses we think are most likely to win at that moment in time based on form, current odds and racecourse vibes.
  3. Watch out for Shrewd Trainers (Gold Stars next to their names) , as they are trainers who have a habit of winning at decent odds in certain types of races.
  4. In the main, avoid cold trainers and jockeys (names with BLUE backgrounds) unless there is market support (GREEN market horseshoe).
  5. Be wary of our win tips if the market horseshoe is RED.
  6. Click the STATS and FORM buttons to see a wealth of information that can help you further.
  7. Hot trainers and jockeys (names with RED backgrounds) are enjoying an unusually high winner strike rate in the past few weeks and should always be considered.
